Welcome to Medcodist. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Medcodist operates out of El Sadat City, Egypt, providing digital agency services including, but not limited to: brand identity design, web, application, and system development, social media management, video editing, and digital marketing. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal for each client.
To ensure the timely delivery of our services, clients agree to provide necessary materials, access to accounts (e.g., social media or hosting), and prompt feedback when requested. Delays in client feedback may result in extended project timelines.
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the final handover of source files, website launch, or account credentials.
Upon final and full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (e.g., the website, final logo files, edited videos). However, Medcodist retains ownership of any unused concepts, drafts, and underlying working files. We reserve the right to reuse underlying code or design frameworks for future projects.
We are proud of the work we do. Medcodist reserves the right to showcase the completed project, including case studies, metrics, and visual assets, on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials as part of our professional portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.
Medcodist works diligently to provide high-quality digital solutions. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, sales, or social media growth. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta or Google algorithm updates).
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
